Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically 2–5 business days depending on your location. Rural delivery may take additional time.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are generally 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take every precaution to package your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at [your contact email].

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and item availability. As many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, a direct replacement may not always be possible, but we will always find a fair resolution.
